Founding Access

Get Sofrito before it is fully self serve.

Founding Access is how customers receive Sofrito today: purpose-built software paired with human financial review for 90 days.

You send agreed records and operating context. Sofrito organizes the evidence, delivers one current financial story, recommends the next move, and follows the result through.

Why access is limited

Human review remains part of the experience today.

Capacity is capped so material financial conclusions can be reviewed, the weekly delivery commitment can be protected, and Sofrito can learn from real food-business evidence without pretending the product is already fully self serve.

01

Evidence needs judgment

A received number, an explanation, and a cause are not automatically the same strength.

02

Actions need follow-through

The value is in carrying the move through customer response, progress, measurement, and outcome.

03

The relationship must be earned

Founding Access tests whether Sofrito becomes the place an owner goes to understand the business's money.

What you submit

Agreed records and the context behind them.

Onboarding sets the exact list for your business. Sofrito works from the reports, statements, records, and exports your existing systems already produce.

  • Sales and channel reports
  • Marketplace statements and settlements
  • Payroll summaries
  • Invoices and purchasing records
  • Expense and banking statements
  • Operating context only your team can provide

What you do not submit in the first application

The first step asks for a business profile, sales range, the money question that takes too long today, the knowledge you personally carry, the growth plan, and contact information.

Only after that initial interest do we ask about systems, record availability, the decision maker, and the 90-day commitment.

What Sofrito returns

One current story, one financial move, and a result the business can remember.

Current financial story

What happened, what changed, what matters, and what remains steady.

Evidence-labeled judgment

Verified, Supported inference, or Unknown at the claim level.

Action and response

One prioritized financial action plus the current owner-dependency action promised in the Terms.

Outcome and memory

Follow-up evidence, measured result where supported, and the decision history.

The current weekly cadence

Prepare the evidence. Review the judgment. Move the one thing that matters.

1

Evidence reaches the agreed cutoff

The intake state shows what arrived, what needs clarification, what is missing, and what cannot apply.

2

Sofrito prepares and reviews the financial story

Calculations remain deterministic. A human reviews material judgment during Founding Access.

3

The Living Brief arrives

You receive the current story, evidence label, one prioritized financial action, the owner-dependency action, limitations, and proof on demand.

4

The action stays active

You accept, report progress, ask for help, or name a blocker. Sofrito follows the next event.

5

The result is measured when the evidence supports it

The outcome can be improved, worsened, no material change, inconclusive, not measurable, not completed, or superseded.
