The delivery commitment, price, and boundaries before you pay.

What Sofrito commits to
One weekly brief, delivered before 10:00 AM local time on the agreed weekday, for every week of your engagement.
Each brief contains one prioritized financial action and one owner-dependency action, with the evidence behind every material conclusion labeled Verified, Supported inference, or Unknown. You also get one review call a month and a 90-day outcome report.
That commitment does not promise that a finding will be Verified—the label depends on the records you send—or that a recommendation will produce savings.
The guarantee: delivery, never outcome
If Sofrito does not deliver the weekly briefs it committed to, that month is refunded. If the briefs are delivered and the recommendations do not produce savings, they are not.
This is the only guarantee. We control whether we deliver on time. We do not control whether another party acts on a recommendation.
If we miss a week
- A late brief—delivered the same day—is late, not missed.
- A missed brief credits $37.25, one quarter of the monthly fee, against your next invoice. You do not have to ask.
- Two missed briefs in a rolling 30 days triggers a call and an offer to end the engagement with a refund of the unused term.
- If you sent nothing that week, the brief still ships with the finding labeled Unknown and the missing records named. That is not a miss.
Refund of the unused term means the current month refunded at $37.25 per undelivered week and no further months billed.
If a number is wrong
We correct it the same day, in writing, without being asked. We tell you what was wrong, what it should have been, and how it happened.
Pausing
One pause of up to four weeks per engagement. Your 90-day term extends by the length of the pause and you are not billed during it.
Cancelling
- Before your first brief: full refund, no questions.
- After briefs have been delivered: the current month is not refunded and no further months are billed. You keep your baseline, action and outcome record, delegation records, and every brief already delivered.
- There is no auto-renewal. The 90 days end when they end. Continuing is a decision you make after reading the 90-day report, which sometimes recommends that you do not.
Price
The 90-day Founding Access costs $149 per month for three payments, for a total of $447. It does not renew automatically. The price is per business or location, not per software user. Later access may be priced higher as the service improves and evidence of value gets stronger.
Founding members who stay continuously subscribed keep at least 20% off the prevailing standard price, for as long as that subscription remains unbroken. We are not promising a lifetime price, and the standard price is not already decided. The 20% floor is the part we can commit to now.
What is not included
Bookkeeping, tax preparation, legal advice, payroll processing, daily financial management, unlimited consulting or calls, routine physical receipt pickup, full inventory counting, full recipe costing, vendor negotiation, and POS or accounting replacement. Deeper services are separately priced and agreed.
Your information
You keep ownership of everything you send us. We use it to produce your briefs and improve service delivery. We do not sell it or share your business's figures with other Founding Access customers. See Privacy and Trust.
This website
